If the original owner recovers the account within 90 days and we cannot restore your access, you receive an equivalent account or a full refund.
Your card payment is held until you confirm the login works. Nothing is released to the seller before that confirmation.
Refunds do not cover accounts banned after delivery for your own play behaviour, or accounts where the email and password were not changed within 24 hours.
Refunds are returned to the original card within 5 business days of approval.
